John Quinton Culliford, 84 of Star City, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at his home. He was born December 25, 1939 in Star City to the late John R. and Velma Marie Hale Culliford. He was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church in Star City, a veteran of the United States Army, was a retired pipefitter for International Paper, and was a lover and collector of '65 and '66 Ford Mustangs.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Deanna Sue Culliford; brother, Charles Wayne Culliford; and sister, Frances "Gale" Culliford Evans.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Greenham Culliford of Star City; son, Denville (Tina) Culliford of Star City; daughter, Dreama (Daniel) Hartley of Little Rock; 3 grandchildren, Craig (Athena) Culliford, Mac Culliford, and Ace Culliford; and 3 great-grandchildren, Aspen Harris, Quinlyn Culliford, and Swade Culliford.
Visitation is 5:00-7:00PM Friday, September 6, 2024 at Griffin Funeral Chapel in Star City. Graveside services are 10:00AM Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Leek Cemetery with Bro. Tim Foreman officiating.
