John A Davidson

John A. Davidson (Jack) 99, passed away peacefully on Monday December 8, 2025, in Great Neck NY. Born in Bordentown NJ., he graduated from Bordentown High School in 1945. Jack was an Army veteran. He then spent many years living and working in New York City as a casting director for many Broadway shows. Jack was an usher at St. Joseph’s Church in Manhattan. He loved reminiscing about the many musicals and actors he had the privilege to work with for many years. He enjoyed coming back to his beloved Bordentown and visiting with his family.

Predeceased by his parents Allan S. and Mary E. Davidson and his sister Elizabeth Ann (Betty Ann) Laureti, Jack is survived by his partner Ira Cohen of Great Neck NY., nieces Kathleen (Michael) Domanski, Freehold, and Leslie Ann (Frank) Nucera, Bordentown; nephews Robert Laureti, Erie CO., Timothy Laureti, Bordentown, Joseph (Nancy) Laureti, Florence and many great, and great-great nieces and nephews. Services will be private.
