John Dawson Obituary

John was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He loved fishing and working on the family farm. John retired from Taylor Farms after working in maintenance for many years.
Survivors include wife Elizabeth "Lisa" Dawson, sons Daniel (Alice) Dawson, Matthew Dawson, David Dawson, daughter Micah Jolisa Dawson, sisters Bonnie (Glenn) Dawson Stacey, Linda (Bruce) Lyons, Lisa Dawson-Knight, Diana Dawson (the late Jim) Rebholz, Sharon (Steve) Dawson, brother Charlie (Aubree) Dawson and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held 12-2 pm, Monday, September 15, 2025, at Peoples Funeral Home in Butler. Funeral services will follow at 2 pm, also at the funeral home.
