John C. DeLorenzo, of Avon Park, FL, formerly of Philadelphia, PA, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2025.
Born on July 16, 1943, in Philadelphia, John was the beloved son of the late Pete and Ann (Brown) Delorenzo. He was a devoted husband, a loving father and a proud grandfather whose family meant everything to him.
John worked as a Union Painter for 40 years, a trade he took great pride in. Known for his warm heart and sense of humor, John enjoyed playing the lottery daily and always had a story to share.
He is survived by his sister Barbara (Vince) of Maryland; his son John Jr. (Tina); and his cherished grandchildren: Peter Jr., Elyssa, Samantha, Nathan, Nicholas and Julia. He also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews.
John was predeceased in death by his parents, his wife Lynn, his sister Ann Marie, his son Peter and his daughter Gina Lynn.
A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Bell-Hennessy Funeral Home, 420 S. Main Street, Williamstown, NJ. Burial will follow at Brotherhood Cemetery.
