John Flowers Obituary
John J. Flowers, age 61, of Columbus, OH passed away at home on Tuesday, October 21, 2025. John was born on April 13, 1964, in Wheeling, WV, to Albert “Abbie” and Mary “Sally” Flowers.
He was an avid Ohio State Buckeye Fan and on any Fall Saturday, you could find John watching the football game. He had a soft spot for all of the dogs and cats that were a part of his life including the strays that he ensured were well taken care of each day.
He is survived by his wife Pamela Flowers; his son Justin Williams and stepdaughter Sarah (Michael) Kredel; two grandchildren Misa Williams and Charlie Kredel; his mother Mary “Sally” Flowers; his brothers and sisters: Mary Jo (Jim) Wallace, Mike (Cheri) Flowers, Steve (Paula) Flowers and Susan (Skip) Earley. He had many nieces, nephews and cousins.He is preceded in death by his father Albert “Abbie” Flowers.
John was an incredible person who would lend a hand without question. He will be greatly missed by all.
A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at Shaw-Davis Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00pm on Wednesday, October 29th at 4341 N. High St., Clintonville, OH 43214 with the memorial service starting at 5:00pm.
Please wear your Buckeye gear hats, t-shirts and hoodies are welcome!
