John E Gorczynski

John Gorczynski of Port Jervis, N.Y. a retired 42-year employee of Metro North, passed away
on Monday May 13, 2024. He was 93.
He was a devoted and loved husband, father and grandfather. He loved hunting, dancing,
fishing and bowling. He was a past member of the Elk's in Middletown, N.Y.
He was predeceased by his parents, his sister and brother-in-law and his three stepsons and
two grandsons.
Survivors include his wife Barbara Gorczynski. His children John Gorczynski (Lorraine), Ron
Gorczynski (JoAnn), Tina Tamok (Mike), Jeff Gorczynski (Troy), Mike Gorczynski (Sofia) and
Ann Williams (Mike). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and twenty-two great-
grandchildren and will be sadly missed by all.
The memories we shared are forever. May God hold you in the palm of his hands and you rest
in his arms.
Visitation hours will be held on Wednesday May 22, 2024 from 3-7 P.M. at the Martinez-Morse
Funeral Home 33 Railroad Ave. Middletown, N.Y.
Graveside Services will be held on Thursday May 23, 2024 at 10:30 A.M. in St. Stanislaus
Cemetery in Pine Island, N.Y.
