John Harvey, 73, born in South Kingstown, peacefully passed away at Pawtucket Falls Healthcare after a long battle with cancer. He was the son of John F. Harvey and Carmela (Barbera) and brother to Jayne (Harvey) Fox, the late James E. Harvey, and Janet Harvey.
He was an avid gardener and a handyman, a true jack of all trades. He loved nothing more than potting up his big and small house plants. He later lived in Pawtucket at the Wilson House, where he pitched in to help and mentor others. He had made that home.
