John C. Huffman

John C. Huffman age 60 of Cedar Springs, went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. He was born June 16, 1964 in Detroit, MI the son of the late Loyal and Betty (BreMiller) Huffman. John enjoyed bird hunting, fishing and traveling. He was involved in many charities and his community. He had a kind heart, was loved by many and enjoyed meeting people. He loved his family and grandchildren. Surviving are his wife, Rita (Reichelt); step children, Justin (Jessie Lynn) Chambers, Jessica (Tyler) Page, Jennifer (Andrew) McCann; grandchildren, Waylon, Maverick, Griffin and Phoenix; siblings, Ann (Bill) Krueger, James "Jim" (Linda) Huffman, Nancy Huffman; nieces and nephews. In his death, John was able to help many with a donation through Gift of Life. The family will greet friends Sunday, May 18 from 2 – 4 pm at the K.E. Pike Funeral, Cedar Springs. A memorial service will be held Monday 1:00 pm at Frost Creek Church, 15671 Algoma Avenue, Cedar Springs. Pastor Dylan Mason officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
