John "Jack" Bigoski passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at Jefferson Einstein Montgomery Hospital in Norristown, PA. He was 75 years old. Jack was a longtime resident of Eagleville, PA and recently resided at Shannondell in Audubon. Jack worked as a pharmacist at the original Montgomery Hospital for almost 40 years. In 1968, Jack graduated from Bishop Kenrick High School, and then attended Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, Class of 1973. In retirement, Jack enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and watching the Phillies, Eagles, and figure skating on TV. As a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, he never missed a Channel 6 Action News broadcast. In his younger years, Jack enjoyed gardening and wallpapering, as well as family trips and beach vacations, especially to the Outer Banks. Jack was always very involved in his children's lives, volunteering to chaperone school field trips and driving them to practices, dance classes, and part-time jobs. And even when his children were grown, he remained involved in their lives, supporting them in their career paths and especially as they became parents themselves. Being a father brought so much joy to Jack's life. He was very proud of his family and the life he built with his wife, Julie.

Born on July 25, 1950 in Norristown, he was the son of the late Stanley and Rita (Bowe) Bigoski. Jack was also the beloved husband of Julia "Julie" (Makowiak) Bigoski for 35 glorious years before her passing in 2009.

Jack is survived by his loving family including two sons, Thomas Bigoski (Amanda) and Stephen Bigoski (Frank Farmer); his daughter, Amy Saporetti (Michael); five grandchildren, Katherine and William Saporetti, Julia and Jacob Bigoski, and Adam Farmer-Bigoski; as well as many extended family members and loyal friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jack's viewing on Thursday, August 21, 2025, from 5 pm to 7 pm at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, 805 DeKalb St. Bridgeport, PA 19405. There will be a second viewing held on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 9 am to 10:45 am at Visitation BVM Church, 196 N. Trooper Rd. Eagleville, PA 19403. Jack's Funeral Mass will begin at 11am. Interment will be in St. Matthew Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the IBC Research Foundation (ibcresearch.org), an organization very close to Jack's heart.

Arrangements are by The Bacchi Funeral Home, Bridgeport, PA.
