John Arthur Jenkins, 41, of Manchester, NH died on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at the Catholic Medical Center, in Manchester, NH.
Johnny, the son of Stephen C. and Donna L. (Viviers) Jenkins, was born on February 18, 1983, in Concord, NH.
Johnny was self-employed as a finish carpenter and custom tile setter. He took great pride in his work and was highly sought after for his talent, expertise, and great attention to detail.
Johnny enjoyed multiple hobbies. It brought him great joy masterfully crafting elegant, one-of-kind pieces of furniture for his family and friends. He also enjoyed traveling throughout the city and trails on his one-wheel. Johnny was a competitive card player with family and friends.
Johnny was known by everyone for his big heart, exceptional generosity, and willingness to help anybody, at any time, with anything. There was no request too big or too small. Johnny touched the lives of more people than we ever knew as he was so humble and didn’t talk about all the generous things he had done for those he loved. He was truly a big brother to all.
Members of his family in addition to his parents include; two brothers, Stephen Charles Jenkins, Jr. and Matthew Jesse Jenkins, one sister, Celeste Ann Masson, and nieces and nephews.
SERVICES: Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 3 – 5 p.m. at Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, in Manchester, NH. A funeral service will follow at 5 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
