John M. Kugle, age 68 of Reedsville, passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at his residence.
John was born on September 22, 1954, in Manitowoc, son of the late Roman "Buster" and Audrey (Lippert) Kugle. He attended schools in Reedsville, graduating with the class of 1972 from Reedsville High School. He then attended UWGB where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. John was involved in high school sports including coaching basketball and fundraising. He was an avid Brewers, Bucks, Badgers, and Packers fan, and also enjoyed being on his boat.
John is survived by four children: Chrystal (Jeremiah) Sargent, Egg Harbor, Christian Kugle, Green Bay, Raye Kugle, Green Bay, and Alexis Kugle, Manitowoc; five grandchildren: Mia Kugle, Jayla Sargent, Grace Kugle, Adelaide Kugle, and Channing Sargent; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Dennis (Nancy) Kugle, Monona, and Bill (Sue) Kugle, FL, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Roman "Buster" and Audrey Kugle; and one brother: Jeff Kugle.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at St. Francis of Assisi, 1121 N.14th Street, Manitowoc. Rev. Jason Blahnik will officiate the Mass of Christian Burial. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Burial will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery in Reedsville.
