John N. McEachern, 83, died Monday, August 4, 2025, at the Brockton Hospital in Brockton. Born in Boston, son of the late John and Angeline (Sheehan) McEachern, he was raised in Jamaica Plain and Stoughton and educated at the Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown. He was a longtime resident of Stoughton. John worked as an assembler at Brockton Area ARC in Brockton for several years and retired many years ago. In his free time he enjoyed reading books for the blind.
John was the brother of David E. MacEachern and his wife Susan of MO and the late Charles McEachern and his surviving wife Cecelia McEachern of NH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Immaculate Conception Church, 122 Canton St., Stoughton on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Stoughton. Arrangements by Farley Funeral Home, Stoughton.
