John Nelson Obituary
John L. Nelson, age 70, passed away at his home on August 1, 2025.
He was born December 14, 1954, to the late Raymond Nelson and Pauline (Unmack) Peacock in Council Bluffs, IA. John was a self employed carpenter.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Karen Loden.
John is survived by his daughter, Angela Clark (Mark); grandchildren, Kailey Rablin, Madelyn Rablin, and Dylan Clark; former spouse, Pam Nelson; siblings, Bev Clark (Rick), Mike Nelson (Carol), Ronnie Rogers (Lois), Deb Nelson, Sharon Jensen (Steve), and Ardis Engler; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 06, 2025. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, August 7, 2025. The family will direct memorials.
