John Olkowski Obituary

Olkowski, Jr., John
GLENMONT - John Olkowski, Jr., 74, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024.
Born in Montague, Mass. on October 31, 1949, he was the son of the late John C. Olkowski, Sr. and Eveline M. Bergeron Olkowski. John proudly served a two-year term in the U.S. Army. John worked for Gochee's Garage and later Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk School District before retiring in 2012. He enjoyed camping, boating, fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his children, Tara Schrom (Harley), Kirstin Hoose, Justin Hoose (Cathy) and Troy Hoose; grandchildren, Sierra, Dylan (Brittany), Alexis, Bradley, Preston, Annabella, Colton and Jordan; and great-grandchildren, Hunter, Cayden and Caroline.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Saturday, March 9, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Ave., Delmar. Interment with military honors will take place on Friday, March 15 at 12 noon at Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, N.Y.

This is my second entry and this is to the family of John... as I said in my first entry I have pictures of him and if you can write me at 426 Spruce Ln., Stratford, CT 06614 I´ll send you copies of pictures of him.... or if you call me at 203-687-0003 I´ll text you photos of him... he was a good friend I tried finding him for years but....

Is this the same John that when he was in the Army served in Germany and at the time was married to Linda????... I served with him in Boebligen Germany at Panzer Kasserne... if this is the same guy I have pictures I could send to the family
