Mr. John Owsiany, Jr., age 66 of Hartwell, Ga., passed away on April 1, 2025 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
He was born on May 8, 1958 in New York to the late John Owsiany, Sr., and Delores Cade Owsiany. He worked with GDOT and attended Hartwell First Methodist Church. John was a member of Hartwell VFW Post 8076, loved fishing, camping and golfing and he was a big fan of John Wayne.
Left to cherish his memory are: his wife, Amber Lee Lott Minter Owsiany, son, Timmy Minter of Hartwell, Ga., sister, Susie Arvey, and brother, Billy (Janet) Owsiany, nephew, Steven Owsiany, and Billy Owsiany and nieces, Brianna Owsiany and Courtney Owsiany.
The family has chosen cremation and no service will be held at this time.
Services are entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors and Crematory, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
