John Francis Paul, Jr., 74, of Vero Beach, Florida passed away April 14, 2024 at VNA Hospice House.
He was born August 17, 1949 in Norwalk, CT and had been a resident of Vero Beach since 2017, coming from Norwalk. He graduated from Brian McMann High School, where he played football.
Mr. Paul was a mechanic and owned Motors in Norwalk, where he built and repaired Harley Davidson motorcycles, until his retirement in the early 2000s.
He was of the Catholic faith and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Norwalk. An avid motorcyclist, John was a member of the Hells Angels motorcycle club. In Vero Beach, he was an active member of the Moose Lodge 1822 and Vero Beach Eagles.
He leaves his memories to be cherished by his wife, Maria Marinko of Vero Beach; children, John Albert Paul and Jennifer Paul, as well as their mother, Debbie Paul; stepchildren, Joshua J. Ovens, J. R. Ovens, Richard G. Ovens, Amanda Ovens, Amy Marinko and Ryan Marinko.
At the request of the family, there will be no services.

my first memory of John is in the 60s when we drove out there to visit him from Colorado. We played in the pool in the backyard. He was always real cool to us. John was my cousin. My name is Joe DeMott from Colorado.
