West Central Texas CremationJohn Randall Phair, better known as Randy, passed away at the age of 65 surrounded by his family in the comfort of his own home in San Angelo, Texas on February 9, 2026.
Randy was born in San Antonio, Texas to Bradley Clyde Phair, Jr. and Anne Randall (Marston) Phair. He graduated from John H. Reagan High School in Austin, Texas and attended the University of Texas in Austin before beginning a successful career in sales and marketing. He married Betty Ann (Campbell) Phair on February 14, 1986 in Brentwood, Tennessee. They moved to Marietta, Georgia, where they welcomed two children, John and Rachel, before returning to Texas and eventually planting roots in San Angelo.
Randy was a good friend to many and loved to host and entertain others. He will be remembered for his charm, wit and tenacity. He held himself and those around him to the highest standards, and though he accomplished much throughout his career, his children were his greatest source of pride.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, as well as his two brothers, Bradley Clyde Phair, III and Joseph Carter Phair.
He is survived by his daughter, Rachel Phair (husband Jared), his son, John Phair (wife Jessica) and his three grandchildren: Ethan, Evelyn and Hannah.
The family welcomes all friends and loved ones to join us in celebrating his life on Sunday, February 22nd at 4:00pm at the Speakeasy in the Cactus Hotel.
