John Poppenberg Obituary

Born in New York City, New York, John resided in Cedar Grove, NJ for 17 years and was also a resident of West Orange for 24 years before moving to Maplewood about 16 months ago. He was a United States Army Veteran who served from 1951-1955. John was a graduate of Duke University in North Carolina and became a very successful businessman. He was a corporate financial consultant and created his own business, John Charles Limited in North Caldwell. Besides having a very successful career John was a dog lover and world traveler.
Entombment will be held at Mt Hebron Cemetery, 851 Valley Road, Montclair. The date is yet to be determined. Please check back for updated information.
