John Mark Reed, 51, of Mena, Arkansas, passed away on June 25, 2024, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He was born on July 23, 1972, to Dennis Reed and Delta Joyce Watkins in Mena, Arkansas. He was an appliance repair man, he loved the outdoors, especially being outdoors with his wife, and hunting. He is survived by his loving wife, Crystal Reed; two sons, Cameron Downen and Dennison Reed; daughter, Kennedy Downen; mother, Delta Watkins; grandchildren, Hadley Reamy and Ila Reamy; along with a host of other friends and family. He is preceded in death by his father, Dennis Reed. Services for John Mark Reed will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024, at the Beasley-Wood Chapel in Mena, Arkansas. T.J. Martin will be officiating under the direction of Beasley-Wood Funeral Home. Interment will follow the services at Mt. Fork Cemetery in Mt. Fork, Arkansas. Visitation will be held Monday, July 1, 2024, at the Beasley-Wood Chapel, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pallbearers are Taylor Hohmann, Dale Churchwell, Ryan Rowe, Shawn Flaherty, Bobby Copelin, and Ramsey Robison.
