John Sheffield Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Central Florida Casket Store and Funeral Chapel on Jan. 6, 2026.
John Sheffield born November 21 st 1981. "BeeGee" to his closest friend's and family also Skorp to his online friends he's been living on borrowed time for years. He battled liver disease, colon cancer, and almost pulled it off he fought to the very end and passed away November 14 th 2025 with the sunset at 5:45… He is my best friend, Our mom's baby boy, a Dad to dad to his niece, Mary and nephew, Thomas, and my two kids Tyler and Taylor he was Uncle BG. BeeGee was a very passionate cook and Baker that just wowed people with his talent. He was a writer, farmer, and a gamer, enjoying the simple things life offered him. He was the type that always gave and never asked for anything in return. This world wasn't the best to him and didn't deserve him; he was the best of us Sheffield's.

I'm going to miss the nights up late with him thinking of things to cook, movies to watch remembering old time, and adventures we shared with our little brother Noah growing up….

The past few years because of his health he lived with mom. They would watch wrestling and movies and shows together and when he could he cooked for her. I'm grateful our mom got that time. Just like him, she fought countless hours of doctor appointments and driving back and forth dealing with phone calls talking with the doctors giving hope and never once gave up on him not for one sec till it was his time to go. BG and I played WoW for almost 20 years off and on. Meeting some everlasting friends along the way Jason , Nick and Rianne. I was asking why I play so much? I played for him. That was our hangout getting our brother's time together regardless of what others thought. I knew those times were important it was time we shared from afar and I would never change it…

I know you're in a better place now, BG no more pain, no more hurting, we can live with that. Please give Dad and aunt May hugs from us all we're going to miss you so damn much.

I want to thank the countless friends that reached out to check on him. Even though they were, my friends and did not personally know him, they understood how special he was to me and they shared all positive energy and prayers. I want to thank everyone for that and how it means the world to me. He would of been 44 on November 21 st 2025.

We all love you and will miss you

BeeGee my little brother
