With heavy hearts, our family announces the passing of John E. Sieloff Jr., affectionately known to many as JJ, October 8th, 2025. Although his time on this earth was far too short, his spirit, love, and creativity will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew him.
John was born August 1, 1985 in Detroit, Michigan. He moved to Florida at a young age, where he spent most of his life. As a child, John had a passion for sports, Nintendo video games, the outdoors, and especially drawing. His artistic talent was evident early on - from personal sketches to designing club t-shirts and participating in school and community art projects.
As an adult, John continued to nurture his love for art, expanding his skills into tattooing. He was also a dedicated collector - most recently of Batman memorabilia - and had a natural talent for woodworking. John loved to take things apart, rebuild them, and make them faster or better, always tinkering and improving with curiosity and ingenuity.
John found great joy in spending time with his children. Whether it was baking a custom birthday cake or crafting a homemade costume, he took immense pride in bringing smiles to their faces.
He is survived by grandfather John Sieloff; parents Kelly and John Sieloff Sr.; siblings Alexis, Samantha, Kyle, and Danielle. John leaves behind three beloved children - two daughters and one son - as well as many extended family members across Pennsylvania, Michigan, and the country and a loving girlfriend, Katie. He was preceded in death by Laura Lesage.
While we grieve his absence, we find peace in knowing that he is now reunited with those he loved and missed so deeply - surrounded by joy, comfort, and everlasting peace.
