John Charles Sipple, 79, was born to Eternal Life on March 9, 2024. He was born in Appleton on May 18, 1944 to Lawrence (Bernadine) Sipple.

John was a proud graduate of Appleton High School and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He was a dedicated employee at George Banta Company for 40 years where he never missed a day of work. John was also a familiar face at Dick and Jones, Golden Basket, and the American Legion- places where he made lasting memories with friends and acquaintances.

Throughout his life, John cherished his family and enjoyed memorable moments with them. His proudest accomplishment was marrying his beloved wife, Rita Ann Schroeder, on April 11, 1970, followed by a honeymoon trip to Hawaii. John will be lovingly remembered for his passion for fishing and his special trips to Canada with his son and grandchildren, as well as travels to Mexico and the southern Caribbean.

John is survived by his son Chris (Vicki) Sipple, daughter Julie Sipple, grandchildren Matt, Ben, and Lauren. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Edward (RuthAnn) Schroeder and his sister-in-law Patty Sipple, nieces Jennifer, Jessica, Jocelyn, Nicole, Ann (Willie) Joosten, Eric (Roxy) Joosten; nephews Jason, Anthony Sipple; and grandnephew Eric.

John is preceded in death by his wife, his parents, his brother Mark Sipple, and sister Mary Kempen.

A visitation for John will be held on March 16th, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM followed by a funeral liturgy at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 410 W. Lawrence St. in Appleton.
