John and served together for four years in the marine corps from boot camp to discharge. During that time he was my best friend and mentor. We only reconnected once after discharge, but he´s always been a part of my being and deep in my heart. He meant more to me than I could ever express. After we served our lives just went into different directions. I lived in New England 10 he lived in Georgia. But for the four years we were together he was the man. Frederick MacVittie
