Mr. John Kenneth Smith, age 90, of Huntsville, Alabama, formerly Boaz, Alabama, died on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at the Tut Fann Veterans Home.
A graveside gathering will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at ten o’clock am at Smith Chapel Cemetery. There will not be a formal visitation.
Mr. Smith was born in Kentucky on September 2, 1934, to John & Mildred Ellenburg Smith. He was a retired electric motor repairman.
Mr. Smith is survived by his son: Steve Smith of Crossville, Daughters & Sons-in-Law: Johnnie & Blake McDaniel of Crossville and Connie & Craig Rigsby of Boaz, 7 Grandchildren,13 Great Grandchildren, Brother: Paul Smith of Boaz and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents: John & Mildred Smith and Son: Mark Smith, Brother: Donnie Smith, and Sisters: Joan Steele and Susie Alewine.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Shepherd’s Cove Hospice, 408 Martling Road, Albertville, AL 35951.
