John Sowers Obituary
Born on March 3, 1942, in Philadelphia. He was the beloved father of Jenny Lynne and devoted grandfather to Jessica and Juliana. He will be remembered for his warmth and steady love he gave to his family.
Throughout his life, Jack shared parenting and meaningful chapters grounded in friendship and mutual support with Evelyn. He served in the United States Navy on the USS Kitty Hawk. He also shared a happy, adventurous, and rewarding marriage with Lyn for many years. In later years, Jack and Evelyn reunited as close partners, spending their final chapter together surrounded by family and deep gratitude for the life they shared.
He is predeceased in death by his parents, Margaret and Ellwood Sowers and his brother, Bobby.
Jack will be remembered for his kindness, loyalty, and his unwavering love for those closest to him. His legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Services will be Private.
