John passed away peacefully at his home. He was born on September 28, 1950, the son of John G. St. Onge, Sr. and Eileen Lane St. Onge Mc Brairty both deceased. He leaves three sisters, Kathryn Clark of Chelmsford, Janice St. Onge of Amesbury and Elizabeth Carey and her husband Edmund of Hampton NH. He was loved by five nephews, two nieces, many grandnephews and grandnieces, Uncle Bob and Aunt Eleanor Gaudette of Dracut, Henry Mc Brairty of Ohio and many cousins.

John attended St Peter's Grammer school, was a boy officer at Lowell High and attended Lowell State Teachers' College.

He was a Lowell firefighter working along side of his deceased brother-in-law Paul Clark.

John could often be seen walking through the neighborhoods of Lowell. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing his guitar and skiing.

God blessed him with the gift of gab!

Funeral Notice

John's visitation will be Wednesday, July 23, 2025 from 9 to 11am at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME, 106 MIDDLESEX STREET, N. CHELMSFORD, MA. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM at St. Margaret of Scotland Church, 347 Stevens Street, Lowell, MA 01851. Burial in St. Patrick Cemetery, Lowell, MA.
