John Wesley Stenzel, 64, of Sweetwater, passed away on July 17, 2025.
John enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved playing video games-both old and new-and had quite the collection. He also loved watching movies and had a large DVD library. He liked being outdoors, especially when he was fishing. One of his favorite hobbies was bowling, and he was very proud of the awards and achievements he earned over the years. His dog, Jake was his pride and joy, if you knew John, you knew how much he cared for Jake.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wesley and Annetta Stenzel; his brother, Butch Stenzel; and sisters, Mary Smothers and Sharon Barrone.
John had many friends who cared about him and will miss him deeply.
There will be no formal services at this time.
