John Stevens, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025, in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, at the age of 89. Born on January 5, 1936, in New York,
He dedicated a portion of his life to serving his country in the U.S. Navy, where he exemplified the values of commitment and courage. After his military service, he returned to civilian life with a strong sense of duty to his family and community. His genuine kindness and warm demeanor made him a cherished figure among friends and acquaintances alike.
He will be laid to rest in a private ceremony, with military honors, at Sarasota National Cemetery in Sarasota, Florida.
