John T. Swartz, Jr.
On September 16, 2024, of Sicklerville. Age 50. Beloved husband of Lindsey (nee Candera). Devoted father of Ave Swartz and Jack Swartz. Cherished son of Dorothy (nee Masciulli) and the late John T. Swartz, Sr. Dear brother of Melissa Swartz (Chris) and Pamela Lepore (Jason). Loving grandson of Joan Swartz and the late Joseph, Sandy and Arthur Masciulli. Loved by his niece, nephews, aunts, uncles, and many friends.
John was the loving, and devoted husband to Lindsey for 14 years, having spent 17 total together. Proud father to daughter Ave, and son Jack. He will be remembered for his huge love of them, generosity, and dad jokes. He was there for them whenever needed. They were his "why" behind everything.
John was in the real estate industry since 2001 with most of his career with RE/MAX. He was a pillar in the real estate community being the best mentor he could be. His team, Premier Property Group, will miss his guidance and friendship.
One of his biggest passions was cheering on his Philadelphia Eagles. John enjoyed going to many games with family and friends. His favorite one was when John took Lindsey, Ave, and Jack to Super Bowl LII where the Eagles defeated the Patriots. It was a memory they talked about often and will cherish forever.
The family requests visitors to wear their favorite Eagles attire in honor of John.
Family and friends are welcome to attend his viewing Tuesday, September 24th 9:00 – 12:00 PM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral service 12:00 PM.
