John Weisser Obituary

John was born on August 17, 1960, in South Bend to Carl and Marilyn (Rantz) Weisser.
After graduation he proudly serves his country in the United States Navy.
John worked for Indiana Carton for 14 years. He loved Notre Dame football, and to cook. He was a pro in his garden, having a real green thumb. He was also a loving father and grandfather.
John is survived by his mother, Marilyn, his children; Jessica (Russell) Weisser-Rousey and Sam (Ginny) Weisser, his grandchildren, Weston, Olivia, and Airalyn, and his siblings; Kim (Tim) Basker and Steve (Melissa) Weisser, and sister in law Janice Weisser.
John was preceded in death by his father, Carl, and his brother, Paul Weisser.
A memorial visitation for John will be held from 1pm-3pm on Sunday August 31, 2025, at the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St. South Bend.
