John Whipkey Obituary
He was born in Wheeling on September 21, 1964, son of the late David Rhindhart and Marlene Isaly Whipkey.
In addition to his father and mother, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Raymond Whipkey and Ralph Whipkey; and sister, Jeanette Ruffins.
He is survived by his daughter, Denise Whipkey; and sister, Denise Whipkey.
There will be no visitation or service.
