John T. Wright Jr.

John was born on May 8, 1958, in Lewes, DE. He passed away on October 28, 2022, after a short illness. He was 64 years old.
John was survived by his wife of many years Lois Bertrand, and the dear father of Tara Bertrand, Tracy Heathman (Gordon), John T. Wright III, and Jason Wright.
He was an adored Grandfather of many grandchildren including Ashely Benfer, Eric Magee, Kiera Bertrand, Kayla Heathman, Cody Heathman, Chase Wright, and many great grandchildren.
John was the son of the late John Wright, Sr., and Beatrice (Wells) Wright and brothers David (Mike) Jones, Raymond (Christopher) Wright, James (Jimmy) Wright, Tommy Wright (late), Danny Wright (late) sisters Linda Stevenson, Carol Littleton (late), and Gail Verley. In addition to many brother and sister-in-laws. He is also survived by many loved nieces, nephews.
John spent many years in the roofing and construction business. After school he worked with his father-in-law practicing the craft until he had his own local business. He worked that for many years, until he joined the trucking industry until his health required him to return home.
A Celebration of Life has been scheduled for Sunday, November 13, 2022, with fellowship from 2-3pm, and a short service commencing at 3pm at the Frankford Volunteer Fire Company Banquet Hall, 7 Main Street, Frankford, DE, 19945.
