Johnnie Lloyd Bingham was born September 12, 1946 in Phoenix , Az to Lester and Virgie Bingham. He peacefully went home in his sleep on July 8, 2025 at the age of 78. Johnnie was a beloved husband, daddy, and Papa John to his family. He leaves behind a legacy of helping others, playing cards and story telling to his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He worked for Halliburton for 23 years, retiring in 1994 to go fishing, play with grandkids and be a shade tree mechanic for family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Freda Mae of the home, 2 sons, Ray Bingham of the home and Jeff Bingham and wife Melynda of Velma, of 2 daughters, Leona Norton and husband Patrick of Bray, Diane McNeill and husband Robert of Velma. He cherished each and every one of his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Grandchildren Sara and Raychel Sanner, Luke and Courtney Norton, Hana Norton, Colt Norton, Chiquita Bingham, Emily and Michael Hill, Haley and Ryan Taylor and Katelyn Bingham. Great grandchildren, Shaun and Kady Hill, Addison Taylor, Casslyn, Dawson and Scout Norton and Klaiden Bingham. Johnnie was 1 of 12 children, 3 brothers and 6 sisters proceeded him in death. He is survived by his sister June and husband Ronnie Webb of Texas and brother Lynn and wife Arlene Bingham of Bray. He is also survived by sisters in law, Francine Norman of Davis, Sharon Bingham of Bray, Bertie
Shillings of Duncan and brothers in law, Rod Kilbourn of Bray, and JC Blackburn of Marlow.

He was Uncle Johnnie to so many who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be graveside service at Hope Cemetery on Saturday, July 12th at 10:00am. Family visitation will be Friday,July 11th 6-8pm at Carter-Smart funeral home in Duncan.
