Johnny Allen Rosamond, 51, of Caraway, Arkansas departed this life on Sunday, January 12, 2025 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born on April 24, 1973 in Osceola, Arkansas. Johnny was a member of Rivervale Baptist Church. He was employed with Tucker Trucking where he was a truck driver for six years. Family was important to Johnny. He was a loving husband, step-dad, brother, uncle and friend. He was a friend to all and found joy in helping others. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Him and Kimberely enjoyed staying in their camper which they called their happy place and they enjoyed traveling. Johnny was loved by many and will be truly missed.
He is preceded in death by his brother: Christopher “Chris” Adam Rosamond and grandmother: Velma Edmondson.
Johnny is survived by his wife of twenty-two years: Kimberley Anderson Rosamond of the home, father: Johnny Trent Rosamond of Rivervale, Arkansas, mother: Joanne Smith Lowe of Caraway, Arkansas, step-son: Charles Wayne Stanton of Jonesboro, Arkansas, brother: Jackie Wayne Rosamond of Jonesborough, Tennessee, three nieces: Bethany Clark-Denny of Bono, Arkansas, Lauren Clark of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Madilyn Rosamond of Jonesborough, Tennessee, nephew: Logan Rosamond of Jonesborough, Tennessee.
Funeral services will be held at Delancey Funeral Home in Lepanto on Thursday January 16, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. and visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.
Interment will follow at Caraway Cemetery.
Brother Steven Sanders will officiate the service.
In lieu of flowers family ask that donations be made to Delancey Funeral Home in Lepanto.
