Johnny Scruggs Obituary
Johnny Roy Scruggs, age 68, of Searcy went to be with his Lord on January 1, 2025. He was born September 22, 1956 in Twist, Arkansas to the late Roy and Asaline Scruggs. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Ray Scruggs, Ann Scruggs, Leroy Scruggs and Annie Pearl Scruggs, and two grandchildren Mackenzie and Hiccup Moore. Mr. Scruggs enjoyed playing pool, fishing and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife Sandy Scruggs, his children, Marie Schmall and her husband Ricky, Jamie Moore and her husband Nathan, Dale Smith, Dexter Scruggs, Trina Scruggs, Monica Scruggs, Johnny Roy Scruggs, Shawn Scruggs and Renae Scruggs, his siblings, David Scruggs, Luther Scruggs, Karey Scruggs, William Scruggs, Pearl Scruggs, Shirley Scruggs, Bobbie Scruggs, Helen Jean Scruggs and Asalina Scruggs, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and family and friends.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, January 5, 2025, at Cole Funeral Home & Crematory in Kensett.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 6, 2025, at Cole Funeral Home & Crematory (501) 742-3621.
