Johnny David Youngblood

Mr. Johnny David Youngblood, 75, of Box Springs, GA, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. A memorial service will be held at 1:00PM on Friday July 5, 2024, at Oakland Church of God.

Mr. Youngblood was born in Talbot County, GA, on January 20, 1949, to Arthur Jefferson and Leona Norwood Youngblood. He enjoyed fishing and playing golf. Mr. Youngblood took pride in his yard and loved gardening and landscaping. He was self-employed as a carpenter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings and a grandson, Tyler Youngblood.

He is survived by his wife, Inez Youngblood of Box Springs, GA; by three sons, Kenny and Wanda Youngblood of Smiths Station, AL, Eric Youngblood of Box Springs, GA, and Tracy Youngblood of Smiths Station, AL; by five grandchildren, Haley Youngblood, Carley Youngblood, Kinsley Youngblood, Brittney Oliver, and Matthew Kirkley; and three great-grandchildren, Abel Jackson, Alley Trevors, and Maci Peterson. He is also survived by his close family, Nikki Fulkerson, Claire Jones, Brenda Thomas, and Donnie Wright.
