Jolette Hosterman Obituary
Jolette Dawn Hosterman, age 58, passed peacefully in her home in Belton, Missouri on November 17, 2025.
Jolette was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Paula Archibald and Keith Jacobson.
Jolette or "JoJo" known to most, spent her working career as a manager of KFC and Capt. D's.
She enjoyed many hobbies such as music and attending concerts. She was also a fan of sci-fi, "Star Wars" and "Star Trek" amongst her favorites. She enjoyed fishing, photography, and collecting unicorns, tea pots and her many hats. She was also an avid Chiefs fan. Always decked out in her gear. But gardening, plants and flowers were a passion. Roses being her favorite.
She is survived by her partner of 20 years, David Colgan; her three children, Shatanna Fansler her two children Allen and Nathan Herbert; Jacob Fansler, his six children Atticus Rodgers, Elijah, Dominick, Raelynn, Ronin, and Lyrik Fansler; and Danielle Fansler; granddaughters Hailey and Jordan Hosterman; great granddaughters, Cheyenne Pentlin and Charles Hosterman; siblings, Glorie McNeil, Jree Ash, Kendra Rogers, and Jerren Rogers.
