Jollette Hosterman, 58, passed away in her home in Belton, MO, on November 17, 2025. She was born on December 12, 1966, in Salt Lake City, UT, to Keith Jacobson and Paula Irene (Archibald) Jacobson.
Jollette dedicated many years of her career to being a manager at Captain D's Restaurant, where her leadership and compassion left a lasting impact on her colleagues and customers alike.
She is survived by her daughter, Danielle Fansler, and her significant other, David Colgan.
Jollette was preceded in death by her parents, Keith Jacobson and Paula Irene (Archibald) Jacobson.
