He is survived by his loving wife, Hilda Haynes Blair, two daughters and their husbands, Hilda Renee' (James) Coleman and Sophia Margaret (Eric) Spartman both of Pikeville, Kentucky as well as two grandchildren, Abigail Blaire Spartman and Madeline Renee' Spartman.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Tuesday September 16, 2025 at J.W. Call and Son Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday September 16, 2025 with Chris Bartley officiating.
Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Kentucky.
