Jon David Gesell, age 48 of TN Ridge, TN, passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2024. 

 A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 15, 2024 at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Ray Bradley officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery. 

 Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service Friday afternoon. 

 Jon was born on December 10, 1976 to Peggy Elaine Howell White. With great sorrow, he was put up for adoption, and was lovingly adopted and raised by Ron and Kay Gesell. 

 Jon was involved with the Houston County Fire Department and also the VFW. He was an active member of the Erin Holiness Church, and also attended SpringHill Church for several years; he thought the world of both church families. Jon has gone on to a better place and will be missed by so many, including his four fur babies.

 Jon was preceded in death by his loving parents, Ron and Kay Gesell; and all four of his grandparents.

 Survivors include the love of his life, Julie Miles, of 15 years; sons, Nick (Jennifer) Wronski, Joshua (Amanda) Nagy; aunt Gail Gesell; sister, Christina  (Shawn) Gesell Amick; nephews, Noah and Carter Amick; and uncle, Doug (Lynnette) Mannering. Jon was found by his biological family and survived also by his mother, Peggy (James) White; two brothers and two sisters. Jon had 7 grandchildren that he loved very much.
