Jon Lovelace Obituary
The celebration of life service for Jon E. Lovelace, 52, Bradleyville will be held Friday, Nov. 10 at 6PM, Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel, Forsyth. Pastor Jack Clemans will officiate, with burial at a later date. Services are under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel.
Jon Eric Lovelace was born June 4, 1971, in Mexico, Missouri to Jimmy and Wendy (Johnson) Lovelace. He went to be with his Lord on November 2, 2023, from Bradleyville, Missouri at the age of 52 years.
Jon's family moved to Taney County from Mexico, Mo. when Jon was a young child. He grew up in Taney County going to elementary school at Taneyville and upper grades at Bradleyville school. In his young adulthood he worked for Southern Construction as a electrical Lineman and the last few years he was self-employed building fences, cedar and metal for people. He liked doing a good job for people but more importantly having the opportunity to work with his son.
Jon enjoyed the outdoors where he fished, camped, hunted mushrooms, and arrowheads, hunted deer, cave exploring, being on the water kayaking and working in his garden.
He was preceded in death by his brother Scott Lovelace.
Jon is survived by his two sons Dylan Lovelace and Andrew Lovelace; his parents, Jimmy Lovelace (LaRita); Wendy Tinker (Charles): siblings James Lovelace (Kim); Brian Lovelace (Robyn); Jason Tinker (Tammi); Chad Lovelace (Charlene): Cameron Tinker; Kelli Clemans (Rex); Dana Wallace, a grandson Rylan Lovelace, and numerous family members.
Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 10, 5PM at Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel, Forsyth.
