He is survived by his wife, Jaycee Smith; daughter, Hayden Smith; parents, Calvin C. Jr. & Teresa Smith; brothers, Calvin (Nicole) Smith & Cody (Julie) Smith; nephew, Crews; niece, Kenzie; and his loving dawgs, Tucker & Sophie.
