It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jonathan Harris, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Jonathan was born on April 29, 1963, in Utah, to William E. and Wilhelmina “Minnie” Harris, who both preceded him in death.
Jonathan spent most of his adult life in Evanston, Wyoming, where he built a life full of love, laughter, and hard work. He dedicated his entire career to PacifiCorp, beginning at just 18 years old and remaining a loyal and dependable employee throughout his life.
Jonathan was the proud father of three daughters, Crystal Hansen, Julie Harris, and Jessica Harris who will forever cherish his wisdom, humor, and unconditional love. He was also the adoring “Opa” to ten grandchildren, KiraLynn, Brayden, Christian, Layla, Madison, Kylee, Jonathan, Aiden, Matthew, and Holland; and his three brothers, John, Bill, David; and sister, Nancy.
Those who knew Jonathan will remember his steady strength, his easy smile, and the way he always put his family first. He was an amazing dad and Opa who could light up a room with his stories and always made those around him feel loved and supported.
Jonathan’s legacy will live on in the hearts of his family and all who were fortunate enough to know him.
