Jonathan Michael Hartsfield, a beloved lifelong mechanic, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of many, was born on September 19, 1984, in Jacksonville, Florida. Tragically, Jonathan departed this world suddenly on August 15, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Jonathan was known for his huge heart and infectious smile He had an uncanny ability to connect with people, ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. If he started talking, it was hard to get him to stop. He had a passion for his work as a mechanic and was a proud Toyota man.
His life revolved around his family, and above everything else, Jonathan cherished the time he spent with his sons, Dalton and Dylan. Nothing brought him greater joy than being outdoors with them, sharing in the activities he loved most—hunting and fishing.
Jonathan graduated from Belford High School in 2010, but his education was steeped in the School of Hard Knocks, where life lessons were learned through experience.
