Jonathan J. Kovaleski, Jr. of Plumsteadville died Thursday May 22, 2025 in Newark, DE. He was 22.
Born in Abington he was the son of Jonathan and Tara Herr Kovaleski, brother of Madelyn Kovaleski. Maternal grandson of Nicholas and Rita Herr and Paternal grandson of John and Irene Kovaleski, and many loving Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Jonathan was a resident of Plumsteadville for the past 20 years, he was a graduate of Central Bucks West High School and was on the track and field team and was a Pole-vaulter. He played CBAA soccer and Plumstead baseball for many years. He just received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Delaware. He was part of the University's Trap and Skeet Club and served as treasurer. His goal after graduation was to work in Cyber Security for the government.
He worked for the Plumsteadville Inn, "Jonny" as family and friends knew him, was extremely kindhearted. He had an incredible sense of humor and was able to make anyone chuckle and light up a room with his jokes.
Jonny, enjoyed traveling on cruises around the world with his family. On the other hand when he was just hanging out, he watched the Eagles, and rooted for the Yankees. He enjoyed playing soccer when he had the chance. Quiet time for Jonny was listening to all kinds of music, being with his cat "Maisie" and enjoying an adult beverage.
Jonathan's family will receive condolences on Sunday June 1, 2025 from 11:00am until his Service at 1:00pm at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 241 E. Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain.
His Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for contributions in his memory be made to
