Jonathan was born on January 30, 1982. He is survived by his mother, Janet, his sister Kaitlin and his beloved niece Raegan Jean Minnick, his aunts Jill Nelson, Joy Kuhn and Jacki Kuhn, his cousins Brittany Evans and Michael Nelson. Preceded in death by his father Jon Robert Minnick, his grandparents, Walter and Jean Kuhn and Robert and Jean Minnick.
Jonathan had a love for animals as well as his Green Bay Packers. Loved golf, soccer and the Chicago White Socks. Truly missed Chicago after moving to Florida.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
