Jonathan J. Poitras, 26, resident of Nashua, NH, died on February 11, 2022 in Nashua, NH.
He was born on August 13, 1995 in Nashua, NH, the son of James D. Poitras and Sandra L. Ciardelli. Jonathan was raised in Litchfield and attended Saint Francis of Assisi. He graduated from RSEC Academy, Amherst, NH.
Jonathan loved movies and sports, especially the New England Patriots. In addition, he was an avid reader and enjoyed the Harry Potter series. Jonathan was a writer and an open thinker, fearless and never short on creativity, an artist in his own right. A deeply caring person and always a laugh to be around.
Family members include his mother, Sandra L. Ciardelli; and his father, James D. Poitras, both of Nashua; a brother, James D. Poitras Jr. of Acton, MA; maternal grandmother, Irene Coombs of Peterborough, NH; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
There are no visiting hours. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 18th at 10:00am in St. Patrick's Church, 34 Amherst Street, Milford. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Milford.

I'm sorry for your loss. My prayers and Condolences are with you and may God help you (Sandra, Leslie, and the rest of the Family and Friends) get thru this terrible time. We met. Johnathan a couple of time when he came over our home with Leslie. He was a very polite and helpful young man. So sorry that he had to leave this world so soon.
