Jonathan Newman Poole

Jonathan Newman Poole, 43, a dedicated and hard worker in everything he did in life passed away on July 2, 2024, in  Louisville. Born in Louisville on July 1, 1981, he was the beloved son of Marie Poole and Jack Poole. He is survived by his father Jack, mother Marie, brother Jeremy Poole, and nephew Liam as well as friends and other relatives. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Leona Poole, Newman and Ethel Higdon and his best friend Jeff Duckett. 

Jonathan had a passion for collecting vintage action figures, horror movies, and books. He also enjoyed traveling and cherished spending quality time with his family. His commitment to his hobbies reflected his curious and vibrant personality. Jonathan previously worked for 17 years at Insight Cable Company, where he showcased his dedication and hard work ethic consistently.

His family would like to extend their sincere gratitude and appreciation for all the care and support Jonathan received from the staff at Clifton Oakes Rehab.  

A visitation to honor Jonathan's life will be held at the Southwest Louisville Chapel located at 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40272 on July 9, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The Funeral Service will take place on July 10, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the same location. He will then be laid to rest at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
