Jonathan Robert Spagnola, age 50, passed away suddenly on July 30, 2025. He is the beloved son of Dr. John and Janet Spagnola, and brother to Joelle Chiappine, who carries their shared history with love. He was Uncle Jonny to his adored niece, Hannah Chiappine (and many of her friends!!) and blessed to have Lydia Marasa-Scafidi, ("Sidekick") and Dave DeLizza as lifelong friends. He will be remembered by cousins Amy and Adam Spagnola, and many other extended family members who mourn his passing.

Jonathan grew up in a wonderful Lake Pine, Medford neighborhood, spent many years after school living in Marlton, before recently moving to Runnemede, NJ. He loved working with computers, beginning his career at an Apple store and most recently, working as an IT specialist for Advocare Physicians Group.

He was witty, irreverent and always the smartest guy in the room. He was a devoted Cat Dad to Gracie - a crazy feline, who loved him and him only. He shared his love of music, cinema and pop culture with friends and family - always ready to recommend a TV series, movie or book. An incredible artist, Jonathan created many unique drawings that will be cherished by his family.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Friday, August 8th, from 10 to 10:45 AM, at The Catholic Church of St Mary, 2001 Springdale Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11AM Friday, at the Church. Interment will be private.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org).
