Jonathon Micheal Scalf

Jonathon Micheal Scalf, age 31, passed away unexpectedly January 12, 2025. He was born December 28, 1993.
Jonathon is survived by his parents, Todd and Vanessa Scalf; fiancé Ashlie Malinoski; children Ava, Troy, Maddox and Alistair; siblings James (Sierra) Scalf, Shianne and Jessica James; maternal grandmother Patty Conway; aunts Tammy (James) Meinhart and Victoria Hall; uncles Robert Robarge and Jay Stepp; and many family and friends.
Jonathon was preceded in death by his mother, Sheila Robarge; paternal grandparents, James and Linda Scalf and uncle, James Daniel Scalf. Jonathon was honorably discharged from his service in the Army as SPC Infantryman stationed at Fort Bragg. During his time in active duty, he received Medals for National Defense Service and Global War on Terrorism, as well as Army Serviced Ribbon and a Parachutist Badge. Jonathon went above and beyond at everything he did including being a father to his kids, a son, a big brother, a tattoo artist, any job or hobby he ever had, and a friend to anyone. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and anyone who knew him.
Visitation for Jonathon will be on Wednesday January 22, 2025 from 5-8 pm at O.R. Woodyard Company Funeral Home 1346 South High Street Columbus, Ohio 43207. Military honors will be held for Jonathon during visitation at 7:30 pm.
